July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
Despite all the conversations being had about mental health, there’s still a stigma about mental wellbeing, especially amongst minorities.
News 3's Heather Mills sat down with B.J. Williams, the founder of a docuseries called "Can I be Vulnerable?"
The series, which began two years ago on YouTube, explores mental health issues and hopes to help African-American men be more open about mental health issues they may be dealing with.
Williams, who started the program based on personal experience, spoke with Mills about the importance of continuing these conversations.
